Noises From The Underground: A Showcase of Art & Music

The event will be hosted at the Jakmel Art Gallery courtesy of Jude Papaloko 3501 NW 2 Avenue Wynwood Art District Miami, FL 33127 on Thursday March 27th 2008 8pm. Ticket Prices are $5.00 the door. Come celebrate with us for the screening of Darkbeat An Electro World Voyage at this years Ultra Music Festival’s 10-year anniversary.
Noises From The Underground showcases the work of some of Miami’s influential underground artists such as Graffiti Artists: Claudio Picasso and Mitch Coffman, Photographers: Miles, Kerry McLaney and Franceasca Seiden Filmmaker: Iris B. Cegarra and Live DJ sets from Electric Porkchop (Miami’s hardest-working duo duels it out on two laptops, cutting and pasting together eclectic beats from Berlin to London and beyond).
DJ Zalman spinning Electro House; and bringing it back to the 90’s Industrial Electro Movement Cosmo (resident DJ at the Kitchen Club & Another World circa 92-94). Cosmo brings his Brooklyn style back to his Miami roots with Nu Rave remixes of the 90’s rave culture.
