BeatPort launches Music Awards

Internet music store BeatPort is launching a new music recognition award: The Beatport Music Awards. Split out in 19 categories, music fans worldwide will be able to vote on the nominees starting March 18th up until April 22nd 2008. Winners will be announced at the end of April on BeatPort’s music portal BeatPortal.
